We find ourselves in an ever-changing business landscape with no other choice but to do things differently!  Supply Chain is one of the most challenging, dealing with a multitude of complex processes which in turn creating complex problems.

Albert Einstein said, “We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”

With as many problems as we are all faced with, it seems as if there is never enough time to solve each one without dealing with some adversity along the way.  Problems keep mounting so fast that we find ourselves taking short-cuts to temporarily alleviate the tension points – so we can move onto the next problem. In the process, we fail to solve the core of each problem we are dealt; continuously getting caught in the trap of a never-ending cycle that makes it difficult to find any real resolutions.  Sound familiar?

Learn 2 simple yet powerful techniques to;

1. Engage more effectively with others
2. Use creativity to approach problem solving differently.

To get different results, we need to look at things from a different angle. Albert Einstein said: ‘To raise new questions, new possibilities, to regard old problems from a new angle, requires creative imagination and marks real advance in science.’ Get to experience and learn techniques to switch from left brain thinking to right brain doing!

Let’s push the boundary -  Not the same, logical, structured way….but getting to grips with …. solving problems, by engaging people and to simply get us to do things differently.

We will share with you a case study around a new approach to problem solving – Organisational Design Thinking, taking problem solving to a whole new level.

Join us to see how we have pushed the boundaries from logic to creative….to solve problems!
