Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of our team you will design, build and maintain simulation based training programs, primarily focused on business and financial skills, customized for senior managers of our leading clients
You will have primary responsibility for building business simulations using Excel and VBA tools on top of our standard simulation framework
Together with your teammates, you will interview top executives and translate the information gathered into the simulation concept and workshop design
Role Requirements:
Industrial Engineering Degree (B.Eng.)
At least 2-3 years' experience (preferably consulting/projects based)
Analytically outstanding
Ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure
Structured approach to scoping and developing solutions
Advanced Excel user (comfortable using advanced formulae/functions and Macros/VBA)
Business Intelligence background
TOC understanding/experience
Able to work as part of an integrated and/or diverse team
Fluency in English
