Supply Chain Manager

R 650 – 700k total cost to company

Permanent position in the Manufacturing sector in JHB CBD, in South Africa (Gauteng).

Our client requires a Supply Chain Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years Supply Chain Management experience. A relevant degree or CPIM is preferable for this well sought after opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Cost Management and control.
• Manage and facilitate execution of order fulfilment.
• Manage and facilitate execution of pallets.
• Manage adherence and compliance to workflow and procedure to maintain data integrity.
• Interaction with external suppliers relevant to paper supply and distribution.
• Facilitate and manage S&OP to balance supply and demand.
• Customer liaison through supply reviews.
• Working capital responsibility – Warehouse and stock management.
• Deliver on critical business drivers relevant to department to deliver business objective - profitability.
• Leading and managing a dynamic team to deliver on business objectives.
• Management reporting for areas of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A relevant degree / CPIM / other Supply Chain Management qualifications - preferable
• Have at least 5-7 years' experience in a Manufacturing/ Service environment in Supply Chain management.
