    20. Please include the following files in your submission:

    A single ZIPPED archive file (.zip) smaller than 10MB is required. If you are having trouble to sumbit all the files via this form please only include the One page abstract and submit the additional documents via email.

    1. One page abstract to include the author(s) name(s), company, titles, presentation title, presentation objective, the material covered in the presentation as well as three attendee benefits.
    2. A 50 to 100 word précis of the presentation. The précis should clearly identify the goal and key learning points of the presentation.
    3. Speaker biographical information. 200 to 300 words for each speaker in narrative form and not CV format please.
    4. Concise details of previous speaking experience if any – don't be deterred if you have not spoken at a conference previously.
    5. Details of published works if relevant
    6. Colour photograph of speaker(s), head and shoulders in high resolution electronic format
