Today's VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity)environment along with basic physics, mathematics and economic principles undeniably require a change in approach.  Companies essentially need to adapt or die.  But how?  How to change and drive adaptation?  Is there a safe and effective path to transform a company from an operating strategy developed in the 1950s measured by accounting principles developed in the 1930s to an agile demand driven enterprise capable of keeping pace with today’s hyper-competitive market?

The Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE) Model - there are so many sound and compelling reasons to explore this as a solution.

The Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise model is a management and operational model designed to enable enterprises to adapt to complex and volatile environments.  The model utilizes a constant system of innovation and feedback between three primary components; a Demand Driven Operating Model, Demand Driven S&OP and Adaptive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).   A Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise focuses on the protection and promotion of the flow of relevant information and materials across the strategic tactical and operational relevant ranges in order to drive sustained return on equity performance.

The DDAE workshop is available for the first time in South Africa with Carol Ptak, one of the co-founders of the DDMRP Methodology to present it.

This one day workshop will prove a compelling need for change, demonstrate fundamental solution principles and reveal a blueprint to transform the entire enterprise.

The Sames Kremlin DDMRP project case study will be presented which won the prestigious ‘King of Supply Chain’ in France which is awarded by the Supply Chain Magazine for best Supply Chain project in France.
