Does your organization need to become Demand Driven?
Demand Driven MRP (DDMRP) has been proven to rapidly increase Return on Capital Employed through three avenues:

  • Service Level increases
  • Sales increases
  • Total inventory reduces

These three outcomes typically occur simultaneously.

Date: 17- 18 July 2018
Venue: Cape Town
Course Facilitator: Colin Seftel

COST: R7 140 EXCL. VAT

The purpose of the DDP Programme is to educate operations and supply chain personnel on the methods and applications of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP), and is accredited by the Demand Driven Institute
DDMRP is a formal planning and execution methodology designed to correct the inadequacies and inappropriate rules of conventional Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in today‚Äôs more volatile, complex and service oriented supply and manufacturing scenarios.

This intensive 2 day course consists of 10 modules delivered in 16 hours.

The cost of the course includes course material, refreshments and lunches.

After attending this course delegates will have sufficient knowledge to try out the methodology on a few of their items and prove that DDMRP really works before considering a full-scale implementation.  In many cases, these initial trials have produced results right away that have generated a return of many times more than the cost of attending the course.

To register for the course, or if you need further information, please contact Colin Seftel on 083-441-7495 or email colins@psq.co.za
