Webinar with Karen Livey - How to create psychological safety for remote supply chain teams

We’re in the middle of a pandemic, something so different it’s certainly not ‘business as usual’. Focus has been on supply chains managing to continue despite major constraints.
And, continuity of supply chain relies on the people even more so than the current systems and procedures. Right now, the people part of the equation is highly sensitive. How are they managing to cope in this time of disarray?

As leaders in our organisations, we need to recognise how this existing situation has impacted on our people and their levels of performance. How these people are, is how these people perform!

This webinar is going to take a look at what’s going on inside our heads. We will be able to see why we may need different types of support from leaders.

We will explore how supply chain leaders can apply some basic cutting-edge neuroscience concepts to support and uplift their teams. We will identify:

- The impact of Remote Team Amongst
- Three components to develop a Safe Work Zone
- A framework to recognise the individual needs of your team
