 Engineering Degree
 Strong project management and or construction project related experience
 Ability to develop a strategy for the group
 Lead large projects
 Manage internal and external stakeholders including engineering professionals
 Drive cost savings and efficiencies to reduce costs
 Ability to lead people / teams and work cross functionally with senior stakeholders /
executives
