Chantal has spent 25 years working with blue-chip organisations across South Africa and Africa, serving the supply chain community through coaching, recruitment, and leadership development.

Chantal has been an active and committed member of SAPICS for many years, and has spoken at the Annual Conference and SAPICS Events on many occasions.

As Founder of The People Shop, I combine strategic insight with a deep understanding of people and performance. With a network of over 17,000 professionals and access to a 22,000-strong talent base, I am well positioned to grow the visibility and membership of SAPICS.

Having served as Vice Chair of CIPS, I will bring practical leadership, strong networks, and a commitment to developing talent, strengthening the profession, and positioning supply chain as a key driver of South Africa’s economic growth.
