SAPICS Director
Regina is a seasoned business and supply chain professional with over 30 years of experience in driving operational excellence, strategic transformation, and sustainable growth. Her journey has been defined by a passion for innovation, collaboration, and integrity — values that underpin everything she does as a leader and mentor.
Regina has been a very active and committed SAPICS Director for the last year looking after the Partnership Pillar for the organisation.
Throughout her career in the Energy Sector, she has held senior leadership roles across Aviation, the Fuels Value Chain, and Castrol. These roles have allowed her to develop deep expertise in strategic planning, operations management, and process optimization. She has led large-scale, complex operations.
Beyond her corporate career, she is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and advancing the supply chain profession. As an Advisory Board Member for the University of South Africa’s Supply Chain Faculty, she contributes to aligning academic learning with industry needs. Her role as a SAPICS Board Director enables her to promote transformation, inclusivity, and innovation within the profession.
Her work and leadership have also been internationally recognised through her inclusion in the G20 EMPOWER Alliance Best Practices Playbook 2025. Regina’s passion for empowerment extends beyond supply chain leadership. As the G100 Country Chair for Female CEOs & Wealth Creation, she works at the intersection of policy, business, and community to advance women’s economic empowerment and representation in leadership.
Regina has been appointed as a Mentor for the C-Suite Women in Energy Empowerment Programme, facilitated by the Department of Electricity and Energy (DEE), GIZ, and African Women in Energy and Power (AWEaP).
