Globally, commitment to inclusion is being tested, serving as a reminder that progress requires constant, intentional effort. In 2026, we face a new inflection point: as AI transforms routine operational and analytical roles—the traditional stepping stones into the industry—we must ensure that technological advancement does not inadvertently close the door on female advancement.
